LPG Endermologie

The only technology in the world that breaks down stubborn fat deposits that neither exercise nor diet can eliminate. It helps optimize the health and beauty of connective tissues.

Using a specialized treatment head, Endermologie® stimulates both your skin and fat tissue, softening fibrous areas and reducing stiffness. This targeted stimulation encourages the release of stored fat while simultaneously activating your blood and lymphatic circulation. At the same time, the mechanical motion of the device boosts natural fat elimination and firms the skin, helping to restore its tone and smooth, cellulite-free appearance.

Cellulite is different for everyone — its appearance depends on the type, duration, severity, and other factors such as whether you complement your treatment with a healthy lifestyle.
Visible results typically begin to appear after just 4 sessions, but for the most effective and lasting improvement, we recommend a course of 6 to 8 or even 12 sessions, especially if your cellulite has been present for a longer period.

The more consistent you are, the better your results.

Don’t worry — you’re not alone.
Cellulite is something nearly 90% of us deal with at some point. Whether you’ve learned to embrace those little dimples or still wish they’d disappear, understanding what cellulite really is can help you identify which of the three main types you have — and what lifestyle changes can support improvement.

The truth? Cellulite is notoriously stubborn.
That’s why our personal favorite for tackling it is LPG Endermologie® — a proven, non-invasive solution we trust.

Our Endermologie® trial session (currently priced at 5,000 Ft for the body) is a comprehensive, one-hour treatment entirely focused on you. During this time, we’ll introduce you to the technology, walk you through the treatment process and duration, explain any contraindications, and offer personalized lifestyle tips to help you achieve even more visible results.

This consultation is conducted by one of our certified LPG therapists, who will assess your unique body type and design a tailor-made Endermologie® treatment plan based on your specific needs and goals.

It’s important to know: every body is different.
This assessment is designed to define your main priorities and create a highly personalized program — one that will deliver the most visible and effective results just for you.

What Happens After Your Consultation?
Once your consultation is complete, your LPG therapist will program your personalized treatment plan into the device — and you’ll be ready to begin your very first LPG session.

Before the treatment, you’ll slip into a specially designed LPG Endermowear bodysuit, provided by us. This suit ensures optimal visibility of the treated areas and maximizes your comfort throughout the session.

From there, the treatment is tailored to your specific goals — so each session may differ depending on your needs.

The experience is completely pain-free, comfortable, and often described as a relaxing, deep tissue massage. Your therapist will continuously ensure that you feel 100% at ease and comfortable every step of the way.

After your very first Endermologie® treatment, you’ll already feel a difference — a sense of lightness in your body, or even that your pants fit more comfortably.
However, to achieve visible and long-lasting results, we recommend a minimum of 6 to 12 sessions. Once you’ve reached your desired outcome, maintenance sessions can be scheduled twice a month to preserve your results.

Please keep in mind: while we can offer general guidance, every body is different.
Results may appear more quickly or take more time, depending on factors like your lifestyle, overall health, and body type.

That said, our commitment remains the same — to help every client achieve the most satisfying and beautiful outcome possible.

Almost everyone has it — and we’re all constantly looking for new ways to get rid of that cellulite that keeps showing up on our thighs just in time for beach season.
Surprisingly, around 90% of women will experience cellulite at some point in their lives — and truth be told, there’s not much you can do to avoid it…
Well, almost.

WHAT IS CELLULITE?

How Do These Annoying Bumps Even Appear?

Many sources falsely claim that cellulite is caused by weight gain or toxins in the skin — but the medical team at Lift Up is here to finally dispel those myths.

Cellulite is not just excess fat, nor is it the result of “toxins” trapped in your skin. What you’re seeing — that dimpled, uneven texture on the back of your thighs — is simply caused by two things: fat being stored in fat cells, and water retention in the body. As fat cells enlarge, the connective tissue (septa) that surrounds them pulls the skin downward, creating visible surface dimples.

At the same time, this process impairs circulation, leading to the buildup of waste products and fluid. This is what triggers the visible signs of cellulite and gives the skin that characteristic orange-peel texture.

Research has shown that cellulite most commonly appears on the buttocks and the sides and backs of the thighs in women after puberty.

Why Do I Have Cellulite?

Here’s the tricky part: there’s no single cause behind bumpy thighs. In fact, several expert-approved factors can play a role:

GENETICS

Dr. Gmyrek, founder of Columbia University’s Cosmetic Dermatology & Laser Center, says that while it’s not entirely clear how much genetics contribute, there appears to be a connection.
“You may have a genetic predisposition, but how those genes express themselves can be influenced by your lifestyle,” she explains.

LYMPHATIC SYSTEM

What exactly does the lymphatic system do? Think of it as your body’s drainage network — a system of tissues and organs that help flush out toxins, waste, and unwanted materials.

According to Dr. Graf, poor blood and lymph circulation can weaken the skin’s connective tissue, allowing the fat cells underneath to swell and cause the uneven surface known as cellulite.

AGING

A common misconception is that aging causes cellulite. In reality, most experts agree that it’s not age itself, but the visible effects of aging skin that make cellulite more noticeable.

“Cellulite doesn’t necessarily become more common with age, but it may look worse, as the skin becomes less firm and more prone to sagging,” explains Dr. Gmyrek.

TOXINS AND DIET

Despite what many so-called cellulite “experts” claim, toxins are not the cause of cellulite.
However, Dr. Graf believes diet does matter: “An unhealthy diet can certainly worsen cellulite,” she says.

Inflammatory foods like dairy or soda may contribute to the condition.

The Different Types of Cellulite

Yes, you read that right — cellulite isn’t one-size-fits-all. There are multiple forms, each developing gradually and affecting different areas of the body. Many people may even have more than one type at once. Identifying your type is crucial, as the right treatment depends on both the form and stage of development.

Soft/Flaccid Cellulite

This type gives the skin a “wavy” appearance and feels soft to the touch. It’s most common in areas with fat accumulation, such as the upper arms and legs, and is often accompanied by varicose or spider veins.
As you walk or move, this cellulite visibly shifts. It tends to worsen with age, weight gain, or muscle loss.

What helps?

  • Improved circulation and skin tone
  • Gentle weight loss
  • Strength training to enhance muscle tone

Lifestyle Solutions for Soft Cellulite:

Gradual weight loss, with a focus on protein intake

Regular exercise, especially to improve muscle tone

Lymphatic drainage treatments, to support fluid elimination (can be manual or mechanical, e.g., LPG Endermologie®)

Endermologie® – a mechanical stimulation technique using rollers that lift the tissue, strengthen connective fibers, and soften fat cells

Watery/Edematous Cellulite

This is the least common and also one of the most difficult types of cellulite to treat. It’s usually linked to poor circulation and worsened by significant water retention.

It typically appears in the legs, which begin to lose definition and take on a column-like shape. The skin may feel spongy and painful to the touch, especially after long periods of sitting.
It often begins between the ages of 20 and 30.

Lifestyle Solutions

Because watery cellulite is so closely related to water retention and poor circulation, addressing both is key. Varicose veins may also be involved and need attention.

Gentle, low-impact activities such as cycling, walking, or swimming.

Compression stockings can be very helpful, as can alternating hot and cold showers. Venotonic supplements like ginseng, butcher’s broom, or horse chestnut can help strengthen vein walls.

Avoid foods that promote fluid retention, such as refined salts, sugars, processed carbs, and fizzy drinks.

Lymphatic drainage massage to improve blood and lymph flow — which can be boosted by up to 200% with LPG Endermologie®.

Hard/Fibrous Cellulite

Also known as “solid cellulite,” this type is more common in younger women and is typically found around the hips and upper thighs. The skin appears firm but grainy or dimpled, and it doesn’t change in appearance when you walk or move. It may seem like the skin is tightly stuck to the muscle.

This form can begin in adolescence, and without early intervention, it’s very difficult to eliminate completely.

Lifestyle Solutions for Hard Cellulite:

Action should be taken as soon as this type is identified — the earlier it’s addressed, the better the chances of improvement.
Because the structure is denser and more compact, it’s important to first soften the fat and connective tissue before addressing the cellulite itself.

LPG Endermologie® and other medical aesthetic treatments that help “lift” and detach cellulite from the underlying muscle can be very effective

As with all types, improving blood and lymph circulation helps reduce toxin buildup and limits fat storage in fat cells

A balanced diet and exercise routine is essential for a healthy body, reduced fat accumulation, and optimal circulation
